Performant will be closed for Independence Day and the day after, July 4th and 5th. You will still be able to reach us via email at Performantrac.com or call our Customer Service line 866-201-0580 and leave a message. We will respond to all messages July 6th upon our return. Performant has temporarily removed letter templates from the website to make updates. The modifications will be minor in context. If you click on a link to letter that has been removed, a blank page will display. Once modifications are made, the templates will be uploaded and available for viewing. We appreciate your patience during this activity. UPDATE 5/4/18: Letter templates are back on-line.

Medicare FFS Recovery Audit Contractors (RACs) are approved by CMS to review Periodic Interim Payment (PIP) providers under CMS New Issue #0001 MS-DRG Validation. Facilities receiving Periodic Interim Payments will receive ADR’s within 6 months of the date of service for the claims under review.
